If you are using the services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Pulifaa provides personal financial budget development services delivered remotely. The scope, format, and deliverables of each engagement are defined at the time of service agreement. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Account Creation
Certain features of our services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4.2 Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@pulifaa.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
5. Permitted Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the services or related systems
- Transmit any material that is harmful, fraudulent, misleading, or objectionable

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, methodologies, tools, and outputs created by Pulifaa - including but not limited to text, graphics, data, reports, and software - are the intellectual property of Pulifaa or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
6.2 Limited Licence
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the services and any deliverables provided to you solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
6.3 Your Content
You retain ownership of any financial data, documents, or materials you submit to us. By submitting such content, you grant Pulifaa a limited licence to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services to you.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all personal and financial information you share with us as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as necessary to deliver the services, as required by applicable law, or with your explicit consent. You agree to treat any non-public information provided to you by Pulifaa as confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without our prior written consent.
8. Fees and Payment
8.1 Pricing
Fees for services are communicated prior to engagement and are binding upon your acceptance. All fees are stated inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as specified at the time of agreement.
8.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due in accordance with the schedule agreed at the time of service engagement. Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of services. All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
8.3 Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, you must notify us at support@pulifaa.com within 14 days of the charge date. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Disclaimers
9.1 No Financial Advice
The services and any content or deliverables provided are for informational and planning purposes only. Nothing provided by Pulifaa constitutes regulated financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making any significant financial decisions.
9.2 Service Availability
We strive to maintain consistent service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pulifaa and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pulifaa and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses - including reasonable legal fees - arising out of or in connection with your use of the services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement. 13. Termination
13.1 By You
You may discontinue use of the services at any time by notifying us in writing at support@pulifaa.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid unless otherwise agreed in writing.
13.2 By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we determine it is necessary to protect the integrity of the services or other users.
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination - including intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, and limitation of liability - will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or a prominent notice on our website. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements entered into between you and Pulifaa, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pulifaa with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.
